HOPING AGAINST HOPE

Beloved Unchained Family and friends:

Romans 4:18 says that Abraham “hoped against hope to become the father of many nations”.
To hope against hope is to believe, despite what things may look like, it is to have your faith and hope fixed on the Lord, and not in circumstances.
Abraham was able to do that because of 2 principles he followed, as we see on the previous verse:
1. He knew with all his heart that God is the God of impossibles “Who can even give life to things that are dead”;
2. He understood that God “calls into existence things that do not exist as though they did”.
The Lord can make a way, He is the Creator of Heaven and Earth, and He is the one and only Almighty God. There is no impossible for our God!

In these times we are living right now, dare to hope! Keep your eyes on the Lord Almighty, and He will help you, even if you have to hope, against hope itself.
